It offers three sizes (6mm, 10mm, 28mm) for molding rollers, which can be customized according to customer requirements. The molding machine is crucial for effectively shaping the raw material extruded from the mold into bubble film products.

4.The traction machine consists of a traction roller, a section-cut device, and a conductive membrane roller. It is primarily responsible for pulling the bubble film effectively from the molding roller.

5.The rolling machine comprises two film rolls, an inverter, and a torque motor platform. Its main task is to collect the air cushion membrane from the traction machine, roll the air cushion film products, and package them into storage. This step is essential in the production of air cushion film.
