With the rapid development of the express delivery industry, the use of bubble film has surged, prompting increased attention to bubble film machines. To ensure prolonged equipment lifespan, let's delve into some maintenance tips for bubble film machines.

Given the relatively complex composition of bubble film machines, it's crucial to conduct thorough checks before operation. Verify the power supply, vacuum system, air pressure system, and cooling system. Upon starting the machine, confirm the correct rotation direction of each moving part. Regularly inspect lubrication points and adhere to proper maintenance guidelines for the bubble membrane electrometer instrument.

Prior to equipment operation, maintenance personnel should carefully review the instructions to understand control and adjustment functions, while also paying heed to safety signs. Don suitable protective gear, especially when handling equipment operating at high temperatures, to prevent burns from contact with hot surfaces or molten materials. Exercise caution to avoid scratching precision parts and follow correct maintenance procedures.

Designate trained personnel to operate the equipment to prevent incidents such as empty rotation of the extruder screw, which could damage screws and components. When halting operation with material remaining in the barrel, ensure the machine reaches specified temperature requirements as per process guidelines, allowing for a minimum 30-minute heat preservation period before restarting. Failure to meet temperature requirements before startup can risk damaging machine parts.

During operation, the bubble film machine is employed for packaging electronic components, fragile items, and various products across industries such as cargo transportation, food packaging, and biotechnology. Routine maintenance, including cleaning, is essential. For instance, thoroughly clean the mold every three months and conduct comprehensive equipment servicing every two years.

When introducing materials into the machine, maintain cleanliness to prevent debris from entering the feed inlet and potentially damaging the machine and screws. Cease operation immediately upon detecting abnormal noises.

During maintenance, avoid placing any body part inside the machine to prevent accidents resulting from sudden operation. After completing maintenance tasks, conduct a ground check to ensure proper equipment grounding before activating the machine.

Neglecting equipment maintenance can significantly reduce its service life and even lead to accidents. By adhering to proper maintenance practices outlined above, equipment lifespan can be extended, ultimately enhancing operational efficiency and safety.
