The rewinding machine is mainly composed of three parts: coil transmission system, cutting system and coiling system. The specific operation process is as follows:

1. Place the large roll of raw material on the roller of the roll drive system, and adjust the tension through the tension control system to keep the raw material in a stable tension state.

2. Next, the raw materials are cut through the cutting system, and the cutting length is set according to user needs.

3. The cut small roll products are automatically sent to the winding system, and the small roll products are wound up through a set of precision winding mechanisms.

4. Finally, the winding system automatically cuts and tightens both ends of the finished small roll to make the finished roll compact and orderly, completing a rewinding process.
