Normal startup steps of film blowing machine

1. Heat the extruder body, machine head, and die head, and control the temperature of each point to be within the index.

2. If you drive after a long stop, you need to keep the temperature constant for 10-30 minutes after the heating temperature of each point reaches the index range. If you drive within half an hour of parking, you do not need to keep the temperature constant.

3. Start the air compressor and stop it when the storage cylinder pressure is 6-8kg/cm.

4. Process according to the film folding diameter, thickness requirements and extruder production capacity, and estimate the pulling speed and stable foam diameter.

5. After the temperature of each point reaches the target and meets the requirements, put on the labor protection supplies and start the tractor, blower and extruder in order.

6. When the material is discharged uniformly from the die mouth, you can wear gloves and slowly pull up the tube blank. At the same time, seal the end of the tube blank, slightly open the air inlet regulating valve, and blow a small amount of compressed air from the center hole of the mandrel. Carefully guide it through the bubble stabilizing frame and herringbone plate, and penetrate the traction roller and guide roller until it is rolled up.

7. Check the thickness and width of the film everywhere, and adjust them to meet the requirements.
