The basic structure and function of bubble film machine

How to operate the bubble film machine

1. Preparation before starting the machine
Before operating the Air bubble film extrusion line, a series of preparations need to be done to ensure that the machine can operate normally.

  •  Equipment inspection: Make sure that the bubble film machine is placed on a stable ground with no obstacles around it. Check whether the equipment components are complete and intact, especially whether the heating appliances and temperature sensors are in normal use.
  • Raw material preparation: Check whether the raw material roll is complete, without damage or impurities, especially magnetic impurities. Place the raw material roll on the raw material support of the machine and ensure its normal operation.
  • Control panel settings: Adjust the manufacturing parameters on the control panel according to actual needs, such as the thickness and width of the bubble film.

2. Start the machine

  • Turn on the power: Plug in the power supply for the bubble film machine, turn on the power switch, and check whether the machine is in normal working condition.
  • Raw material guidance: Pull the raw material out of the raw material bracket, guide it to the feed port of the machine, and maintain appropriate tension to ensure that the raw material is smoothly conveyed in the machine.
  • Heating treatment: When the raw material passes through the roller of the bubble film machine, the heating system will treat the raw material to form a bubble film. Pay attention to timely adjust the heating temperature of each point within the index range.

3. Formation and cutting of bubble film

  • Guide system inspection: Check the guide system of the machine to ensure that the formation and transmission of the bubble film are normal.
  • Cutting operation: After the bubble film is formed, use a cutting die or a cutting knife to cut the film to meet the packaging needs of different sizes.

4. Machine monitoring and maintenance
1. Check whether the temperature control and heating equipment are intact, and pay attention to timely adjust the heating temperature of each point within the index range. The pressure of the gas tank cannot be too high, but there must be a spare pressure.
2. Check and control the proportion of raw materials, stir evenly, traction speed, and control the film thickness.
3. Regularly check the temperature rise and mechanical transmission of each running motor of the Kunming Air bubble film extrusion line and the lubrication of the reducer and air compressor cylinder lubricating oil.
4. Check whether the raw materials have impurities, especially iron mixed with magnets should be checked in time.
5. Observe and adjust the uniformity of film thickness, and the folding diameter meets the standard. When the die outlet of the bubble laminator is uniform, you can put on gloves and slowly lift the tube blank. At the same time, close the end of the tube blank and pass a small amount of compressed air into the center hole of the mandrel. Then carefully guide it through the bubble stabilizer and the herringbone plate, and then through the traction roller and guide roller until it is wound. Only in this way can the Kunming bubble laminating machine be better utilized, its service life be extended, and more profits be created

Knowledge on maintenance of bubble film machine equipment
1. Before starting the 3-layer bubble film machine equipment each time, check the power supply, vacuum system, air pressure system, and cooling system. After the equipment is started, check whether the rotation direction of each rotating part is correct. Pay attention to check the lubrication condition at ordinary times. For the lubrication of parts, the electrical instruments should be maintained as needed.
2. The bubble film machine equipment should be operated by a dedicated person, and the extruder screw should not be idle without material to avoid scratching the screw and barrel. After shutdown, if there is material in the cylinder, before restarting, the temperature of each temperature zone needs to be raised to the specified requirements according to the process requirements, and maintained for more than 30 minutes before starting. If the temperature does not meet the requirements, it is strictly forbidden to start the machine to avoid damage to the machine parts.
3. When feeding the hopper of the 3-layer bubble film machine device, clean it clean to prevent metal chips, sand, gravel and small tools from entering the feeding port to avoid damage to the barrel and screw. If any abnormal noise is found during operation, please stop immediately.
4. If the screw is removed from the barrel of the bubble film machine device for some reason, it should be properly handled to prevent deformation. If it is not put back into the barrel for a long time, the screw should be hung vertically to prevent wear, bending and deformation after a long time. The surface of the barrel and screw should be coated with anti-rust oil for protection.
5. The use, adjustment, maintenance and care of thermostats, electronic instruments, electrical switches, etc. should be carried out in accordance with regulations and product specifications.
6. In addition to daily maintenance, the components of the bubble film machine equipment should be checked regularly. The mold should be cleaned every three months, various bearings should be replaced with grease every three months, the reducer should be replaced with lubricating oil every six months, and the equipment should be overhauled every two years.

What should I do if the bubble film machine fails? Here are some tips for use.
1. The bubble film machine contains impurities. If there is too much dust in the surrounding environment, the machine will break down, so pay attention to environmental hygiene. After get off work, it needs to be checked. If there are too many impurities, it needs to be handled accordingly;
2. The traction speed of the bubble film machine is not constant, but constantly changing, which will affect the operation of the machine. Therefore, it is necessary to check the mechanical transmission to keep the traction speed constant.
