The working principle of the stretch film machine is to process plastic films by controlling high temperature, stretch degree and speed. The specific process is as follows:
1. Heating
First, the plastic film material must be sent to the heating area through rollers for heating. The purpose of heating is to accelerate the molecular motion of the plastic film material to change its internal structure and reduce its surface tension, making it softer and easier to stretch.
2. Stretching
The heated film material will enter the stretching mechanism. The stretching mechanism consists of many rollers of different sizes, and the distance between the rollers gradually decreases, causing the film material to continuously stretch. This stretching will cause the molecules of the plastic film material to be arranged longer and denser, and make its internal structure stronger.
3. Cool down
Finally, the membrane material enters the cooling zone for rapid cooling. By cooling, the film material becomes hard and compact, becoming a high-strength film. This film can be used to package a variety of items and provides excellent strength and stability.
