How to Operate Correctly Bubble Film Machine

1. Preparation:

Check whether the air bubble film machine is functioning properly, especially ensuring that the power supply is connected.

Prepare the items that need to be packaged and place them on a flat workbench.

Ensure an adequate supply of bubble film, depending on the number and size of items to be packed. Cut the bubble film in advance as needed.

Open the air bubble film machine and heating plate for preheating. Place the bubble film on the heating plate during preheating to accelerate the process.

2. Operation Method:

Position the items to be packaged on the bubble film, leaving enough space for easy wrapping.

Cover the items with the bubble film, leaving sufficient excess to be cut to the appropriate length using a cutter. Note: Avoid cutting the items during this step.

Insert the cut bubble film into the bubble film machine from the bottom, and adjust the tension using the handle to ensure secure wrapping around the package during operation.

While packaging with the bubble film, pay attention to the tension of the film and adjust the handle to maintain the desired level of looseness, avoiding excessive tightness or looseness.

Upon completing the bubble film packaging, cut the film to the required length using the cutter.

Turn off the bubble film machine and clean the workbench and air bubble film. Store any unused bubble film for future use.
