How to make bubble bags?

Bubble bag is a packaging material processed by bubble film, mainly used to protect fragile products, electronic products and so on. The process of making bubble bag mainly includes bubble film production, cutting, sealing and other steps.

1. Bubble bag production process

1. Prepare materials and tools: You need plastic film rolls, bubble wrap machines, sealing machines, cutting tools, and other materials. The plastic film should be of suitable thickness and width, and the bubble wrap machine should be selected according to the production scale and requirements.
2. Install and adjust the bubble wrap machine: Install the plastic film roll on the bubble wrap machine and adjust the machine's parameters, including temperature, pressure, and speed. The temperature should be set to a suitable level to ensure the plastic film melts evenly. The pressure affects the formation and size of the bubbles, and the speed determines the production efficiency.
3. Produce bubble wrap: Start the bubble wrap machine. The machine will heat and extrude the plastic film, and at the same time, introduce air into the film to form bubbles. The formed bubble wrap is wound on the take - up roller.
4. Cut the bubble wrap: According to the size requirements of the bubble bags, use a cutting tool to cut the bubble wrap into appropriate lengths. You can use a manual cutting knife or an automatic cutting machine.
5. Seal the bubble bags: Put the cut bubble wrap into a sealing machine. Seal the three sides of the bubble wrap to form a bag - like structure. The sealing temperature and time should be adjusted properly to ensure a firm seal.
6. Quality inspection: Check the quality of the made bubble bags, including whether the bubbles are evenly distributed, whether the sealing is firm, and whether there are any holes or damages on the surface. Reject the unqualified products.
7. Packaging and storage: Pack the qualified bubble bags in bundles or boxes and store them in a dry and ventilated place to avoid moisture and damage.
